Account Deletion Request

How to request deletion

1. Email us at admin@simplify-lab.com.
2. Use subject: Account Deletion Request - MoreStudents Engine.
3. Include the following details so we can verify ownership:
   • Account email address
   • Organization or workspace name
   • Phone number (if linked to WhatsApp inbox)
   • Reason for deletion (optional)

We may request additional verification to prevent unauthorized deletion.

What data will be deleted

• User profile data (name, email, role, identifiers)
• Workspace configuration and automation settings
• Conversation metadata and stored message history (if retained)
• Uploaded files, templates, and labels
• Integration tokens and linked accounts (e.g., Google Calendar)

What data may be retained

• Billing and payment records (kept as required by law, typically 5-7 years)
• Security and audit logs (typically retained up to 90 days)
• Backups (removed as part of the backup rotation cycle, typically within 30 days)
• Data required to comply with legal obligations or resolve disputes

Processing timeline

We will acknowledge your request and begin verification within 3 business days. Once verified, we complete deletion within 30 days unless legal or security obligations require longer retention for specific records.

MoreStudents Engine is a business platform. If you are messaging a business that uses our system, please contact that business directly to request deletion of your conversation data. We will assist the business as needed.
